Past week we had seen a tutorial on how to show skyscraper ads on side space only for wide-screen monitors. I know a lots of users there are not familiar with coding so to reduce their effort I wrote up a plugin for wordpress powered sites and named it 'Side Space Skyscraper'. You just have to install this plugin then paste your Skyscraper ad script and then just relax. After installation Side Space Skyscraper plugin do all by itself. It works on client side and needs JavaScript enabled. Whenever a visitor with screen width more than 1024 pixels visits your site, this plugin detect this with JavaScript and then includes your Skyscraper ad on side space (right}.
Side Space Skyscraper is tested on wordpress version up to 3.4.1 and works fine. I suggest you to use this plugin with fixed width themes, to works more effectively.
How To Install Side Space Skyscraper?
Installation process of this plugin is same as of any normal wordpress plugin. Download this plugin file and install it then after activation go to WordPress Dashboard >> Settings > Skyscraper and add your ad block code and finally click save button. See the screen shot below.
This is a very light weight plugin with total file size 8.34kb only. You can download Side Space Skyscraper 1.0 at download button above.
Note: The present release of 'side space skyscraper' is 1.0 and is in beta stage. The stable version (1.1) will be released next month. As it's the initial release so there may be some confliction or other issues as well, If you are getting anyone please let me know.

Vladan, Of course it is possible to display ads on both of the side space. On upcoming update of the plugin i will add this feature.
This is definitively a feature that I need as well.
I use your plugin on one of our projects and it works like a charm. 
BUT I absolutely need 2 banners: one on the left side, one on the right side.

I would like to have the option of showing adsense skyscraper ads on both left and right of a wordpress blog. Will you ever add that option?

Hello, after install your plug in, then preview in the publish section when i write post don’t work anymore! If i deactivate scycrapper, then this function work again.
Next problem is, your plugig add in adress bar parameter widht! Why?

That plugin is still in Beta Stage, and it will not work well with WordPress version 3.2+. The Stable version will be released soon.
